• Skills detection analysis via OpenAI API
• Candidate scoring calculations (performed internally within the Forge app)
• Ticket assignment recommendations
• App functionality and user access control

5. Data Storage and Processing

• All data is stored in Atlassian Forge infrastructure
• Data location: Managed by Atlassian (follows Atlassian's data residency)
• Data retention: Only during active app usage
• No data is retained after app uninstallation

6. Third-Party Services

OpenAI API

• Purpose: Technical skills detection from ticket descriptions
• Data sent: Ticket title and description only
• Data retention: According to OpenAI's data policy
• User control: No opt-out available for this core functionality

Note: All scoring algorithms and calculations are performed internally within the Forge app. No external services are used for candidate scoring or metrics calculation.

• JWT-based authentication
• Forge platform security compliance
• No database access shared by third parties

• In case of erasure, all license information linked to the account will be deleted and not recoverable.
